The information the Spanish law on information society services (Ley 34/2002, LSSI) and the EU Digital Services Act ask us to publish.

Who runs Toptag

Toptag is run by Samuel Pop, an individual based in Spain. Email: contact@millerio.com. You can also write to us through the contact form. Toptag isn't registered in any public registry, doesn't need an administrative licence, and doesn't follow any code of conduct.

What Toptag is

An online message board with one wall per city, where people pay, from wall credit, to post short messages that are ranked by the amount paid. Every post is reviewed by a person before it goes up. Prices are shown in euros, VAT included.

Point of contact (Digital Services Act)

For authorities, the European Commission and anyone using Toptag, the single point of contact is contact@millerio.com (Digital Services Act arts. 11 and 12). We answer in English and Spanish.

Reporting illegal content

Anyone can report a post with the Report button on it, choosing the reason, including that it is illegal, and explaining why. If you want an answer, sign in before reporting, or email contact@millerio.com with the post's link and your reasons. A person reviews every report. We act quickly on content that is illegal or breaks the rules, and when needed we inform the authorities (Digital Services Act arts. 16 and 18).

When we remove or restrict something

If we refuse a post, take one down or suspend an account, we tell the person affected what we decided, why (the rule or law concerned) and how to challenge it (Digital Services Act art. 17). You can ask us to look at it again by writing to us, and you can always go to the courts.

Your content and ours

Posts belong to the people who write them; they give Toptag the licence to show them that the terms describe. The Toptag name, logo, mascot, painted numbers and design are ours, and may not be reused without permission. City photos belong to their authors and are credited with their licence.

Responsibility

We review every post before it is published, but the content of each post is the responsibility of the person who wrote it. We are not responsible for websites we link to. If something on Toptag is wrong or unlawful, tell us and we'll fix it.

Law and courts

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer you can also use the courts of where you live, and the EU's consumer dispute resources.
